Sarah Langford is a Sunday Times bestselling and award-nominated author, communicator & public speaker.

A decade as a defence barrister gave Sarah a strong interest in the stories of those who are often overlooked.

Managing an organic farm in Suffolk for seven years taught her about the issues facing the industry and how important nature-based solutions to the climate crisis are.

She writes about the natural world, regenerative farming and food. What connects her writing is a sense of shared humanity and a conviction that storytelling can enable us to walk in the shoes of another and better understand them. She is an experienced speaker, panellist and chair, and currently judge for the Country and Townhouse sustainability awards 2025 and 2026.
